One hopes that this trend strengthens.

2. The general-election polling of our candidates versus Trump has almost always shown Biden doing

better than any of our other candidates.

It would be foolish to bet on Trump being unpopular enough in November that candidates who don't do as well against him in GE polls can still be counted on to win.

Especially since recent GE polls show the race tightening, but Biden still doing better against Trump than other Democratic candidates.
