RCP National Averages: Sanders breaks through 20% for the first time since Biden announced.

RCP Avergage 9/1/20: Biden 29.3%, Sanders 20.3%, Warren 14.8%, Buttigieg 7.5%, Bloomberg 5.8%

Basically this just reflects that our two front runners have held up over the course of a year after many comings and goings from the race. Biden retains the lead. Sanders is closest to him.
