Kinda like watching an old Ed Wood movie. Sometimes something (or someone) is so dumb and bottom of the barrel you can't help but laugh.

Because I'm not sure they are worth the fear they produce.

Teachers and staff can go through them and children can be instructed on that to do, but some of these training are really bad.

Making sure there are lockable steel doors may be a better investment.
