So there's the answer: Massive exposure combined with massive indifference and ignorance.

If I were to vote in a presidential

I AM, however, surprised that Elizabeth ranks where she does in popularity... she's MY #2 and, hopefully, once she and Bernie settle their minor tiff, maybe Elizabeth will move up on the list.

people know that they can count by on Bernie voting with fellow Democrats more than the average Democrat votes the Democratic line. You could even give Bernie his own designation by calling him a "SUPER DEMOCRAT"!!!

But, what most people love about Bernie is that he goes beyond political labels. Bernie is BERNIE and will ALWAYS be who he is, Bernie... and THAT'S what We The People absolutely LOVE about him and why Bernie's SO DAMN POPULAR!!

You do realize that this poll is only for their own Senators? This means that Bernie's approval is only based on VT residents. Why are you suggesting that this somehow relates to his popularity overall?

That's like saying that Nurse Jackie makes the best chocolate fudge on the block. While it's true... it certainly doesn't mean that I'd win a national fudge-making contest. It just means that in this extra-small and insignificant sampling (my immediate neighborhood) I happen to do well. On a larger scale, I would not be surprised to learn that others are actually better than me.

No can explain if why if Sanders was so sexist when ti came to Warren why he would have wanted her to run for President in 2016.

No one can explain if Sanders really thought a woman could not be President, he would have made it a point to say the exact opposite for over 30 years. No one was making Sanders say a woman could be President in 1988.

Used to be a thing called the Magic Bullet Theory. Not, it had nothing to do with JFK. It was the idea that the media could form opinions. When tested researchers found what really happened is the media could influence the formation of new opinions, it could reinforce existing ones, it made people think about whatever the subject is. But it couldn't' make people form specific opinions whole cloth, especially if other information was available.

I think the anti-Sanders crowd didn't understand that. Every time they have tried pushing the "Sanders is sexist" trope, it only convinces those who already don't like Sanders. Everyone else looks at Sanders and thinks That not what a guy who hates women sounds like. That is not what a misogynist does"

Truth always outs, as they say.

primary today, I would vote for:
