A five point Biden lead - down from 11 a month or so ago.

MORE ON METHODOLOGY
A total of 1,156 adults, including an oversample of 150 adults living in 15 battleground states: Arizona, Colorado,
Florida, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin, were interviewed by telephone nationwide by live interviewers calling both
landline and cell phones. Oversampled states have been weighted to represent their proper share of the adult
population. Interviews were conducted in English and Spanish. Among the entire sample, 32% described
themselves as Democrats, 26% described themselves as Republicans, and 42% described themselves as
independents or members of another party.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Biden also outdid Sanders when a number of important questions were asked of Dems:

They did GE polling as well, and found Biden doing better against Trump (+9) than Sanders does (+7).

They asked Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents who has the best chance of beating Trump:
Biden 45%
Sanders 24%

Same group, asked who has the best chance of uniting the country:
Biden 38%
Sanders 22%

Same group, asked who has the best chance of uniting the Democratic Party:
Biden 41%
Sanders 16%

Sanders led Biden when the same group was asked who agrees with the voter most on issues (30% to 20%) and who best understands problems facing people like the voter (29% to 18%). Joe has to work on this...

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
