Different Day Different Surrogate Same Smear - Are They Taking Turns?

The deliberate obtuseness over Biden's VP statement is new though. So, kudos AOC!

Trump suggested Medicare and Social Security are the 'easiest' things to cut. Democrats pounced.

<snip>

"President Trump backtracked Wednesday on his 2016 campaign promise to protect funding for entitlements like Medicare and Social Security, suggesting in an interview with CNBC that he would be open to slashing "at some point" them since they're "the easiest" thing to cut.

Well, unsurprisingly, that didn't sit well with his Democratic opponents, who quickly pounced on the comment."

https://theweek.com/speedreads/890931/trump-suggested-medicare-social-security-are-easiest-things-cut-democrats-pounced

AOC hasn't commented yet, possibly because it wasn't carried in the Intercept and she hasn't seen it.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

On most policy issues, my long-term ideals are (what some would call) extremely liberal.

But the further they go to smear Democrats who can actually win in this unfortunately not-so-liberal country, the more they disgust me.
