Not so much about primary as about Joe.

I’m obviously a Biden supporter, but I promise all y’all I’d say exactly the same thing about any of our candidates if they were going through what he is these days.

You have to be made of INCREDIBLE stuff to even tolerate being under the kind of pressure he is right now. Incredible lies being told about you and your remaining child by a despot who SOMEHOW succeeded the moral, caring man you served with, lies that are literally changing the way our government works and how the world sees us. And you are in pursuit of the goal of a lifetime, under constant pressure, being challenged by opponents (and I’m criticizing nothing; it’s politics and he chose it) and cannot say a thing about 45’s horrific acts. Anything would be fraught and nothing could help, really.

I imagine his people manage his information. I hope so if he’s the obsessive kind. We all know it takes a certain healthy narcissism to ever try to hold office, much less this one, now. I hope people are keeping him informed but a little protected. I hope they all have their eyes on the prize and are working like hell to create platforms and ideas and do the groundwork.

I favor Joe but will vote for whomever the nominee is. And I’ll send up the same fervent wish for whomever that monstrous eye turns toward. We all should. We need every last soldier in this fight, and as much crazy optimism as we can muster.

It might be what keeps us all going. Rick on, Joe. Rock on, all you Democrats.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

My heart is with Liz for now, but I can definitely support Joe. My head is saying it will probably be him. I'm glad he's made of the right stuff for it.

Might seem funny but I’m really progressive but think we have to move toward it on a way that will succeed. She’s taken some stupidity on steroids too.
