a claim that Obama told Flint MI parents to feed their children poisoned water. The way it was said was completely dishonest. My impression, right or wrong, from past films was that he kept them mostly factually accurate while distorting truth just short of earning those Pinocchios, and of course this kind of patent poison was reserved for deliveries during appearances.

According to Buzzfeed he was telling lies about Hillary in IA the other day. Why was not conjectured about, mood of the moment presumably.
