UT Tyler TEXAS GE poll: Trump ahead of all Dems, w/smallest lead over Biden & Bloomberg

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/20200202_TX_2.pdf

Biden loses to Trump by 2 points, with both likely voters and registered voters.

Bloomberg loses to Trump by 3 points with both groups.

Sanders loses to Trump by 5 points with likely voters, 6 points with registered voters.

Warren loses to Trumo by 7 points with likely voters and 9 points with registered voters.

Klobuchar loses to Trump by 8 points with likely voters and 10 points with registered voters.

Buttigieg loses to Trump by 10 points with likely voters and 12 points with registered voters.

Steyer loses to Trump by 11 points with likely voters and 14 points with registered voters.

So...one more GE poll where Biden does better than all his rivals against Trump.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

is hope that with the continual exposure of massive wrongdoing in the RUMP administration prior to November those percentages could swing our way.

That not only did many Texans feel that being tools of the Kremlin was a Very Bad Thing during the Cold War (Perhaps accompanied by video of old Texas politicians denouncing such?), it’s still a bad thing now. I don’t know if that would inspire old Republican Cold Warriors to vote for us, but even inspiring them to stay home would help.

My fear about this is that some higher-up Democratic campaign official will think of some whiffle-ball issue instead.

other states, and not only are those soldiers and Air Force folk able to vote, but parts of the military ethos has filtered into the civilian population.

I am old enough to remember overhearing a couple of military guys wondering why Bill Clinton didn’t resign when his affair with Ms. Lewinsky was exposed; if they’re still around I like to think they’re seething with outrage at no. 45’s behavior.

10. The ads in Texas NEED to be very specific..

Need the video of Trump insulting Cruz's wife.
Trumps insults of the Mayor of El Paso at his rallies.
Trumps insults of the O'Rourke's.
Needs to focus on his being a New Yorker.
His historical support of and ties to the Clintons.
Commercials showing the clips that he'd investigate all the allegations of sexual harassment to pedophilia sexual assault.. and never did.

Yes, some of that is some sleazy ass shit I'm suggesting.. but as someone who has canvassed heavily, and put in many hours phone banking both in Presidential years and Midterms for a couple of decades now.. if we want to etch out a victory in Texas instead of doing that typical 1-4 point loss.. These are the topics that sell.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
