Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumI'm worried about so many candidates...
in 2016 the R's had 17(?) in their primary - do you think this had an effect on the rise of Trump? do you think he would have been able to compete vs say 3 others?
I'm worried that something similar may happen on our side now - that we will end up with the wrong candidate moving forward because support is spread so thin...and that might be an exploitable weakness for us.....
my assumption and fear also is that if the goal is to bring America to her knees before Putin, then anything they did on the R side will likely be attempted on our side - since it worked so well already.....
i think we should consider that russia may be trying to infiltrate us....to corrupt us....I hope we do not have a corruptible candidate on our side but.....
I hope im overthinking it....

I just am concerned that Russia would make efforts on our side as well to further divide and weaken America....
I just wouldn't put anything past Russia that's all.....

Yes, there could be issues, but not one of having a trump.
My only concern is having a candidate who can be beat trump, preferably soundly.
That is NOT a given.
We can never assume that.
