Joe Lieberman, Blanche Lincoln, Ben Nelson and all the Republicans were adamant that they would vote against the bill with it in.

What he did was to craft a bill that every Democrat would vote for.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

said that the slaughtering of horses will be good for the American economy and will mean jobs for Americans.

and voted for Max Baucus when he was actually a liberal in the 70s and I lived in MT, but who ultimately became another disappointing rubber-stamper of GOP legislation, I'm not sure that this endorsement is all that desirable.

He should have stayed with Wife #1. She would have kept him on the right path, IMO.

But whatever.

Joe Biden
