Tampering is rare but disorganization is the norm. People are just running around with little pieces of paper in boxes. It's a sloppy system prone to mistakes and losing track of things. Tampering isn't necessary when there's built-in chaos.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

And were not properly prepared.....

This could take a while. No ETA according to MSNBC.

Perhaps this is reason enough to remove Iowa as first in the nation.

And should be phased out. I’m all for taking your time to get it right but there should be some level of expediency as well.

Having the Caucus end up being a clusterf**k would definitely help to get the Dem party to rethink this process that does little to represent the actual demographics of the current Dem party.

So I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if foreign and domestic actors have screwed with reporting systems.

a "quality control" problem. People run around all over the place with little slips of paper in boxes and nobody can keep track of who's got what or where things are. Yet another reason to dump caucuses.
