11. Precinct captains were not sure of the apps working so they tried to call

in their caucus numbers instead(also?) but got put on hold for an hour. At headquarters 3 sets of numbers are not matching up in the 25% of reporting they had. So they are going to use paper and photo trail to make sure they get the exact right numbers and all three sets of numbers match. 1/2 an hour ago they had no verifyed results. Systematic failure.

Apparently it didn't download right, people couldn't log into it, and it was buggy. Then the phone systems got overwhelmed with people trying to call their results in...

And apparently the reporting of first and final tallies threw it off as well.
