If Biden comes up in 4th or 5th place in Iowa

He will get no delegates, then he can kiss the nomination goodbye. The momentum will be on the front runner Mayor Pete or Senator Sanders. It already shows polls tightening on him nationally.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

viable in my precinct and I've heard of a few others, too, where he was not viable or finished low. I don't think Biden's numbers are going to be great.

I think Biden will finish much worse than expected. Klobuchar will finish higher than expected. I think Pete is going to come out looking pretty rosy, and Sanders and Warren will be pretty close.

Anecdotal from my personal experience and what I heard from friends and neighbors tonight, so I know it doesn't count for much, but that's my take and prediction.

Oh, and I live in a very red county - Dem. county chair stated tonight that our county runs about 22% Democratic and 45% Republican. The Dems in my county probably lean more moderate, I'd say. So for Biden to get no delegates in my precinct was quite a surprise to me - and Klobuchar's strong showing was, as well. At least in my precinct, it appears the moderate Dems went for Klobuchar rather than Biden.

I'm glad that Wisconsin and Michigan have Democratic governors now, but the voters in those two states aren't going to make or break the decision of who our nominee is any more than what voters in other states will do. For that reason the voters in South Carolina are just as relevant as those in Michigan and Wisconsin.

I'm gonna stop being nice to your candidates because you're so mean here... nah, I'm joking. I still will vote for your candidate in the GE, but probably not in the primary on Super Tuesday, when I vote. That one is my personal decision.

I laughed at so many posts here. Be adults and focus. This isn't a sports teams, folks. This is literally our do or die on the hill moment.

For the vast majority of Americans this isn't a policy debate. It never is, I know that's shocking, but it's sadly true. It's literally us against Trump. We're here to beat an incumbent president. That's not an easy task, no matter what anyone here thinks. Watch, his poll numbers are going to rise a tad more (he's been rising) and stabilize there. We know better... American voters don't. And we need a vast majority to beat the GOP disengagement in key states. It's literally about a few key states.

Focus here. It's all fun and games to beat each other up, until we lose. Then the bloom is off the rose.

I agree with you do or die moment. We have many more primaries to go. Iowa is not the final call here. I wish we would all focus.

I believe all our candidates are good. Can we all take a breath and vote in our primaries.

We all need to rally around whoever the Democratic candidate is. The stakes are too high in this 2020 election.

The only thing that's going to eliminate Sanders, Biden, Buttigieg, Warren, and Klobuchar from consideration is going to be them dropping out.
