She pointed out that most of the officials for both the caucuses and on voting day are older folks and this is the first time they've been expected to use a smart phone app for much of anything but seeing pics of the grandkids on Facebook, so they're completely flummoxed by it and are trying to wake up the grandkids to figure it out for them.

I'm getting up there and it took me a whole week to set up a smart phone, 75% due to lousy eyesight.

Well, that and some of these caucuses are probably still slugging it out when neighbor doesn't want to stand with neighbor nor brother with brother.

Maybe next time they'll go back to making phone calls and since the old folks have died off, none of the youngsters will be able to figure out how to do that.
