biggest caucus seems to be around 1k. The others are less than that. I think you could count 1k several times in an hour. Then call them in or even DRIVE to someplace to turn them in.

(11,986 posts)Supposedly, caucus locations who gave up on the app last night tried calling the results in, and couldn't get through or were stuck on hold. So asking everyone to call them in could have its own issues. They may not be equipped to receive 1600+ phone calls. (I guess you'd have to know how many lines they have, how many people they have answering phones, how long each phone call takes... each one has a lot of figures to read, transcribe, and confirm.)
