Iowa Shmiowa...

I know who I am going to vote for. That might change. I may vote for Amy by the time the campaign gets to Illinois' CLOSED PRIMARY.

The disaster is for Iowans and Iowans alone. Shrug it off, Democrats. Let the media have their kerfuffle. You might as well design an app for the Amish to make butter better.

But that said, I think that the campaigns should be nonchalant about it and just say. "Well, I think the Iowa caucus has seen its day. You can't shoe horn some Gen-Xer's side gig into a barn dance."

Treat yourself to a nice lunch, Dems.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I'm an Iowan and couldn't agree more.

Here's what I want. . .
No caucuses.
Closed primaries.
Rotating primaries among groups of states.
One person - one vote - end the Electoral College.

2. I like the rotating primaries idea.

I would eliminate the electoral college as a last step. Wouldn't that require a constitutional amendment?

The primary changes can be done at the party level. I can't see getting to an electoral change in the next 20 years without taking the whole constitution down.

5. I think you have more support for ending caucuses

and closing primaries than you do for ending the delegates. Politically, rotating the primaries, is an equitable move and would generate more enthusiasm for all the primaries. Iowa and New Hampshire can join Super Tuesday or another block of regional primaries.

9. The Electoral College will never be abolished

It gives the small states power and would need a constitutional amendment to change it. They would never support it.

And if elections can't be trusted, why have them?

Or if they can't be trusted why should he leave?

...’how bad did Biden do?’ Is the question.

No bounce up for the others as it’s blurry, but Biden’s loss is being magnified
