All I can do is shake my head.

After a Stellar performance by Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and all others involved in the impeachment of trump we have to endure countless critics who will pound this fuck-up in Iowa. This is big for the opposition and there will be story after story how the Democratic Party is incompetent and in chaos weather true or not. How in gods name can they run a Medicare for all type of program of the can't do this right. Obviously the Democratic Congress showed what can be done if we work together. This is a huge setback hopefully we will recover.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Of course that won't stop the GOP from framing that way.

And this setback, happening during the first caucus is about as early as one can get. My guess is this bump in the road will be forgotten as soon as we get underway for the next caucus/primary vote hits. And by super Tuesday, the IA caucus will be, at its most dramatic, little more than a foot-note.

I see no data suggesting the IA mishap is huge setback, nor something that has to be recovered from.

Repugs are set to rule that the constitution only applies to democrats and they can do any fucking thing they want to destroy us and get away with it. You know damn well he is already preparing to steal the election and probably plans to steal back the House as well. They will use strong voter suppression (doing in FL already and tens thousands of seniors had their mail in votes disallowed due to voter signature matching fraud in 2018) and database hacking by Russia/SA/Israel. Who knows which other country, oh yeah including Turkey, will manipulate us so they can get what is good for their country and bad for us by trading personal favors with impotus3.

Our only hope is to overwhelm expectations and hope the polls stay open long enough for all our votes to be counted. That;s another thing they will do, pull out machines and voting precincts from Dem areas and make it so the huge volume can't be counted in other areas and Dems are disenfranchised. It's what was done in Broward County by Scott to steal his election to the Senate, and expect this to happen wholesale in all red states with blue urban areas. Even if we win, will drumpf declare we "stole" it, laughing all the way, and disallow the election? Who would enforce his leaving, Barr would stand with a gun to shoot anyone trying to remove his fave puppet and military follows orders from CIC?

primary today, I would vote for:
