Unless the partial results they release first end up exactly matching the final, total results, they'll be accused of trying to skew media coverage.

Given my opinion of the impact of the Iowa Caucus, I'm hoping it's 5 pm on December 1st.

IMO, they should release numbers to the public, and then hash it out with Joe’s lawyers.
