(25,487 posts)..... it is data manipulation.
He is basically saying:
"In the precincts we were strongest, our total shows us with 29%".
That's B.S.

Personally, I'll wait for the official results.
Allowing or appointing Weaver do something like this is just another reason why BS is NOT among my preferred candidates.

(314 posts)And if the vaunted BS "organization" is so great, why does Weaver release numbers based on 40% of precincts? Huh? Why?
Something smells very fishy.

(314 posts)Right? Yet Weaver says his numbers are based on 40% of the precincts.
Do you not see how these to claims don't add up?

(314 posts)in every precinct and then release numbers based on 40% of the precincts, especially with the very bad track records of Weaver, Sirota, Turner , and Joy Gray.
Sub-zero credibility.

It is running roughly with what Sanders is claiming.
Unless Warren, Biden or Klobuchar did a lot better, Sanders may have this.
This is all going off unofficial numbers though.

(18,250 posts)Jeff Weaver's statement:
"'We recognize that this does not replace the full data from the Iowa Democratic Party, but we believe firmly that our supporters worked too hard for too long to have the results of that work delayed,' Jeff Weaver said."
"The data below was collected by trained Sanders volunteers at representative precincts from all four congressional districts from a cross section of urban and rural parts of the state."
There is no "data below" because the KCCI website declined to post the "data" that the BS campaign had collected.

(4,950 posts)Precincts captains showing data. But absolutely said they are feeling good but are looking forward to getting actual results. And Bernie reiterated that no one should be declaring a win without the actual results.
ETÀ. Its very easy to listen to exactly what both Sanders and Weaver said by listening to them.
