IMHO, the big winner out of Iowa is Mike Bloomberg

He has just DOUBLED his ad buys in the states where he is already doing heavy TV. I wonder how much ad time is even available to the rest of the field before Super Tuesday.

Bloomberg could be at close to 20% in the polls by Super Tuesday, and if he does well in CA, everything changes.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I love that part because it just tickles me to no end. He has great leaderships skills and won election three times in one of the most diverse states in the Union. He has been a MAJOR contributor to My Brother's Keeper. He doesn't have an ego problem. He's honest even telling us what we don't want to hear. The rich, the middle and the poor like him. We could all sleep again.

He's my back-up plan if Biden who i still fully support fizzles.

This election is not about how I feel. It's about saving our Republic which has been almost completely destroyed.

We need to keep the House and win back the senate so we can impeach every thug #TraitorTrump put on the federal bench. We need more gov ships so even Trumpsters can get access to affordable healthcare. I believe he will add the public option and we can only get that if we have a DEMOCRATIC Congress and Executive Branch and a sane judiciary.

I'm invested in saving our democracy, the rule of law, our Constitution, our Republic. as much as I love Vice President Biden, I will go with the candidate best positioned to overwhelmingly BEAT back #TraitorTrump. This is not a reality show where you vote someone off the island. This is about getting the government we say we want. I'm not attached to a person, I'm attached to an idea called American democracy. that's what I'm fighting for and will vote for.

Tue Feb 4, 2020, 06:47 PM
Feb 2020

I was kind of pissed when he got into the race, because in no way is he my favorite candidate.

But when I think of him running against Trump, I feel... safer than when I imagine even my top choice going up against him. She's smarter, quicker, and better than him (plus she's not insane), and her policies are better for this country than his (obviously), but people seem to want not a battle of intellects but a battle of personalities. And Bloomberg's personality is what we need to beat Trump. I hate to say it, but I'm starting to think that Bloomberg may be the thin edge of the wedge that we need to get into the door and from there to bring in excellent people (starting with, dare I dream, Warren, Klobuchar, Harris, or Abrams as VP)--he's not our favorite, but he's necessary.
