What does that mean?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

And i don`t by the app ...problems woth either ballots or process. After waching last night the cauc7s is a joke...doesnt even meausre Iowa...it tells is noth8ng about the race.
