Some confusion with two sets of numbers. On my TV it showed FINAL over second set of numbers.

Then discussion after 2nd set said the 2nd set rerpresented representation. Any explanation ???

The voters first intention. How they came in the door. The second set of numbers indicates the final tallies after the second “revision” or - the final totals after the caucus process has run its course. State primary delegates are awarded based on the second revision totals.
