Thanks a Lot, Iowa!

You just gave Biden, our best chance of ousting Trump, a kick in the nuts. But hey, I genuinely thank you for eclipsing the BIDEN DOES TERRIBLY lead with your own technological incompetence. Who knows? Maybe Joe is now in position to do BTE in NH!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Joe's best demographic are older folks who don't typically participate in caucuses.

3. I blame Iowa for the sham that is the caucus. I blame the media for the false narrative
Wed Feb 5, 2020, 07:41 AM
Feb 2020

trying to elevate this more than it is

This should not be a surprise though. They have been doing it since Gore

The narrative with Gore was how boring he was

The narrative with Kerry was the swift boaters

The narrative with Hillary was probably the worst. Sexist slurs from the illustrious media how she was “shrill, never smiles, etc”, and they misrepresented the Comey email fiasco by lying that the email investigation was reopened, The Benghazi sham, etc

It is the illustrious press, who have been essentially dropping the ball

The big news of the Iowa caucus is that Mayor Pete, a centrist, came out on top

Sanders will probably win N.H., Biden second, and Mayor Pete third

If that happens, which I think it will, it means this is far from over

7. I didn't use the term fake news, you did. I said they elevated Iowa to a higher
Wed Feb 5, 2020, 08:41 AM

value than it is

If you want fake new, it is what they did after Comey sent the letter to the republicans in Congress. The media said the email investigation was being reopened

That was a LIE, which both the cable outlets and newspapers propagated

The cable outlets went one step further by parading every right wing politician across there screen propagating that lie

It was only late Friday when Comey came out and said there wa nothing new, and no reason to reopen the email investigation

Too late though, the damage had already been done, and no one was paying attention to what Comey was saying late Friday before the election

N.H. will probably be Sanders, followed by Biden, with Mayor Pete third. If Biden doesn’t make second there that will spell problems for him.

However, if Biden gets second in N.H. what will that mean? Not a damn thing, except the contest for fourth place between Warren and Klobuchar will be significant

As of right now it looks like Nevada will probably be Biden, but that could change depending what happens in N.H. Also Nevada is also a caucus, which suffers the same issues as Iowa

I think Super Tuesday will tell the story of which candidates will be left standing

Sanders and Warren will unite behind one of them, and Mayor Pete, Biden, and Klobuchar will unite behind one of them, and we will be left with two leading candidates

The question is will any candidate have sufficient delegates by the convention?

If not, I think we are in trouble

Bloomberg is in the box seat. The party will choose a moderate. Joe's pitch is electability. If he has not demonstrated that by Super Tuesday, it's president Mike IMO.

9. Biden better come in at least second in N.H. or he will be in trouble in my opinion

Regardless how Biden does up to Super Tuesday, Biden will be in the race through Super Tuesday

I don’t think Bloomberg will be able to garner the 15% minimum in Super Tuesday to get any delegates. If he does then I think we are headed to an open convention

The question is which one. I'd like to think Warren is in the running, but I doubt it. It won't be Sanders - that's all I know. The best thing about Biden is I know what sort of presidency we will get. The worst thing about Pete is he has not no experience of the nest of vipers in congress. The obvious thing about Bloomberg is the GOP can't outspend him, and it leaves trump's 'radical left socialist' in the dust. My 2c

2020 - Winning isn't everything, it's the only thing. More than ever.

another four years, an d that would be a disaster

As a side I like Warren also. She is smart, pragmatic, and flexible

The problem I think she has is she is viewed in the same light as Sanders, and while I absolutely believe that is a false narrative, I think that will be her biggest challenge

If Dems make the election a referendum on trump, they will win. If the nominee is Sanders, it will be a referendum on socialism, and we lose. These are the certainties. The rest is to play for. Vote Blue No Matter Who ! ! ! !
