My personal take on Bloomberg

I lived in NJ when he was NYC Mayor and saw him all the time on television. My take is that he has no charisma. His speaking style makes him sound as though he is bored with everything. He just isn't the type of speaker who can get people excited imo. Just listen to a few videos of him speaking if you want to know what I mean.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Sometimes when Joe is speaking I have to urge to give him a hot foot to get him rolling. No question in my mind the best speaker in the bunch is Mayor Pete, which something to think about. Amy isn't half bad either.

Everything he says is like listening to a stock market analyst explain why we should be investing in a particular stock, just boring as hell to me. I guess we will see when Bloomberg takes part in the debates if he can overcome that.

Joe is far from the best speaker, but Bloomberg really puts me to sleep. Warren isn't that charismatic either, but her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. My wife calls her the Energizer Bunny.

Watching him at campaign events in Iowa, he looked like he was just meandering around the stage with a microphone in slow motion. I was all in for JOe but maybe he just lacks the fire in the gut to run against a flame thrower like Trump. We are taking a look at Bloomberg. I loved his speech in 2016 at the convention.

The billionaire businessman, who has switched parties several times throughout his political career, endorsed George W. Bush’s 2004 reelection campaign, contributed to John McCain and even held a fundraiser for a House GOP member as recently as last year.

And that’s not all. Beneficiaries of his largesse include former Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), a vigorous Trump defender, and Senate Appropriations Chairman Richard Shelby of Alabama, who once chaired the Senate Banking Committee.

Then there’s former Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.). Bloomberg endorsed and held a fundraiser for Brown when he ran against Elizabeth Warren in 2012.

“As a Democratic candidate for president, he makes an excellent Republican donor,” quipped Pennsylvania Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, who has not yet endorsed anyone in the primary.

So we're supposed to overlook everything else in this man's past that's the very antithesis of what our core values as Democrats are.

This sudden, white-hot infatuation some people have with this guy is mind-boggling. It kinda reminds me of how my sister used to lovingly stare at her Donny Osmond poster back in 1970s. No real substance, just a lot gushing and fawing over a flat, 2D image that's a piss-poor substitute for an actual human being.

This man was absolutely despised here prior to him playing dress-up as a Democrat, and for good reason. Bloomberg's track record says it all.

I honestly have to wonder at this point that if ol' Dotard himself were to reemerge someday after he's gone with a (D) next to his name if many of the same people who howl at his every move now won't be the first in line to blow kisses at him later.
