That web page shows inconsistent methodology. Were 2500 people polled, or 5000?

"conducted roughly 2,500 surveys with Democratic primary voters nationwide on Feb. 3, Feb. 4 and Feb. 5"

"On a daily basis, Morning Consult surveys over 5,000 registered voters"

"Our latest results are based on 35,888 surveys with registered voters, including 15,259 surveys with Democratic primary voters, conducted Jan. 27-Feb 2, 2020. The interviews were conducted online, and the data were weighted to approximate a target sample of registered voters based on age, race/ethnicity, gender, educational attainment, and region."

Dems cannot win a General election with a self professed Democratic Socialist. Especially with a rigged system. (and yes, the system is rigged via voter suppression, hacked voter roles, Russian bots and electronic voting machines without a paper trail) The Dems best shot at winning the general is by Dems GOTV (AND all Dems voting for the Dem candidate) and by getting R crossover votes to bail on Trump. (I have a handful of those in my family) Bloomberg is the best candidate in this scenario. I am currently a Biden Supporter.

or Amy, or Bloomberg, or Pete. I have seen this before and it defies common sense. If true, misogyny? What could account for it? I know you didn’t make this up, so who did? LOL nutty putty.

For him but hold my nose, I don't think the base of young will flock to the polls. I also think the socialist moniker he attached to himself will have more moderate rural voters chosing trump.

...probably because most voters are not as ideologically invested specifically in "the party" as people who are inclined to join a site called "democratic underground." Seriously, the folks here are not representative. You can tell even just from the fact that Warren has been consistently leading on the DU poll.

Bernie has name ID. Polled well vs Trump in 2016. He will turn out a ton of new voters and steal a bunch of Trump voters. It’s not the disaster that many are making it out to be if he were to win the nomination.

He isn’t my second choice but I don’t get the doom and gloom many are spouting. Let’s see how Pete handles being the front runner and who is still standing before Super Tuesday. No matter who emerges, we all need to get behind the nominee fully. Not just holding your nose while voting, but contribute money and time.

He sure as hell is not my second choice, third choice...any choice in a primary...only gets my vote in a general. Bloomberg is now my second choice...I like EW but I think she has dropped.

primary today, I would vote for:
