empathy, compassion and knows where all the bodies are hidden. Ideas arent off the rails and can be implemented easily. Doesnt have to be the most exciting candidate cuz im ready for a little down time but they have to make me feel safe and be tough at the same time.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I have been saying that, we need to expose the good things about our candidate of choice, not waste time trying to proliferate memes and other negative talking points about other candidates. Convince me why your candidate is better than the rest, you are correct, nothing else matters.

- he's an outsider, Trump cannot attack him as a corrupt lifetime politician

- he's the only candidate with positive net favorability with all voters

- his policies appeal to voters across the political spectrum

- he is able to connect with people, doesn't 'talk like a politician'

- his policies would help the most Americans the fastest

- we have suffered the effects of trickle down economics for decades and should have already implemented trickle up economics

- he's the only candidate who not only understands the threat posed by automation, but also has policies to address it

- he has the same message of optimism and unity that Obama did. he is not uniting one party against the other, but uniting American citizens against the challenges we will be facing in the coming years

- he seems to be the only candidate who understands that so many of our problems as a society stem from the very basic fear that we could at any moment not be able to meet our basic needs. little else can be addressed when you are living paycheck to paycheck, which is 78% of us.

- his likeability will help with low information voters who 'go with their gut'. these people will vote trump over a politician.

Furthermore, he has shown an ability to attract disaffected Republicans and -- much more importantly -- people who have never been involved in politics before. With the resources of the national party behind him he could work wonders.

to get something done.

Even with the economic crash of '08 powerful help - when that crash alleviated and subsided, Obama was not able to do much more.
Obama did not have that deep, broad support downticket, or with enough voters, [and, yes, a black family in the WH provided the votes for the tea party].
