Have to say, I'm getting a chuckle out of all the supporters of a particular candidate praising 538

Go to Nate Silver's twitter feed a few weeks ago.... and every Bernie Sanders supporter was attacking Nate relentlessly, calling him an "establishment shill" and a "pro-Biden flunky".

Why? Because Nate at that time had Biden as the odds-on favorite to win the nomination.

Now that Nate's calculus has changed and Bernie has moved up in Nate's calculations.... They're running to post links to 538 all over the place.

The funniest part is that ... if Bernie loses NH ... Nate's model will change again and Bernie Sanders will drop ... and his supporters will again be vilifying Nate and 538.

Nate's 538 models are just snapshots at a particular time. He's not out to get your candidate, and he's not out to set a narrative. He's just crunching numbers.

Fun to watch.

The media got Trump elected and now appear determined to destroy certain candidates while promoting others. I'd like to think the electorate won't be swayed, but....
