1. As someone who has lived in small midwestern towns,

I think the Biden campaign made a mistake. It insults small towns and the people who live in small towns and goes back to the meme of "flyover country" and country bumpkins who don't know what is really going on in the world.

I don't have any animosity toward Joe Biden, in fact I have always liked him, but I am insulted by this ad.

The Biden campaign should pull it.

2. and after the way Pete defended Biden and his son last night. It really does seem like desperation

from the Biden campaign.

6. The ad was in response to Buttigieg's

attacks on the Obama-Biden administration's record.

3. The American people got something

completely different from classic Washington style politics in 2016. Experience matters.

an ad worthy of the GOP.

7. Pete should always respond.

As should whomever the democratic candidate ends up being. In today's rapid moving, sound byte media frenzy, you can't let things go unanswered, they become ingrained.

The democratic establishment of the past is why we are where we are. The past is over, never to return. We are facing a new war on a new battlefield, and need new, innovative options.

Pete is the smartest and sharpest tool in our shed. I just hope that he will take the gloves off when talking about Trump. He doesn't have to be mean or nasty, LIKE Trump. The truth is enough.

WE tend to be news geeks. Most Americans aren't. We need to bring them up to speed, and I think Pete is the best one to do it, in a way that does not turn people off.

11. Listen, I love Pete but Biden does have many years of experience. He knows everybody,

can call world leaders by their first name. It's a valid point.

12. Biden should know better.

Obama was ridiculed by Giuliani and Palin for his work as a community organizer. Has Biden forgotten all the slings and arrows his boss had to endure?

This isnít an ad highlighting someoneís experience. This is an attempt to put down small town mayors and say they donít do much of anything.

13. Pete's response is measured and completely right.

It is calm and thoughtful and not angry--just what I expect and like from him.

And it is fair.
