Funny how a reference can be totally taken out of context. My wife is a big John Wayne fan.

But the issue here is that most voters will not understand the reference.

Where's John Kerry?

I heard he was "joking" about running for President in 2020.

Seriously, it's shocking to look back 9 or 10 years and see how much people have aged.

That picture form nine years ago illustrates that so poignantly.

One of them, a former candidate, will go down as one of the greatest Presidents of the 21st century. Of course, as of today, that guy is the only President in the 21st century who was a decent human being as well as being President.
