Why did President Obama endorse Hillary but not Biden?

9. You're welcome. It's the right decision. Their endorsement is needed most for the GE, and

they're smart to avoid the possibility of endorsing a primary candidate who doesn't win, since that would lessen the effectiveness of their endorsement later.
