It looks like it is updated pretty often -- was just updated yesterday -- and it seems somewhat easy to pick out the endorsements from senators.

None will be 100% accurate all the time, it's a fluid issue for politicians.
I'm surprised he endorsed Warren, she has already endorsed his primary opponent, Joe Kennedy III.
