He's describing a lot of what he calls "late breaking excitement" for Amy Klobuchar.

He also saw a lot of voters who were trying to decide at the last minute between Amy and Pete, but implies he thinks they broke for Amy.

Also: Many people are making last-minute decisions. There were conflicting reports about the percentage of late-deciding voters, with the first report saying "two thirds" were late deciders, then a second report saying "one half" were late deciders.
