3. The policy he says was overused was a policy meant to be used widely and aggressively. That

was its very essence. Bloomberg took the original ‘Stop and Frisk” and turned it into a mandate, his, for a police state to occupy black neighborhoods and carry out mass stops and illegal search and seizure.

His disingenuous defense is almost as bad as the policy itself in terms of what it says about his character.
