Bloombergs stance on stop and frisk is some bullshit so far.

1. Bloomberg defended his stop and frisk stance early as last year - https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/22/politics/bloomberg-stop-and-frisk/index.html

2. Then lied and said in Nov 2019 (3 months ago) that "...Nobody Asked Me' About Stop and Frisk Until I Ran for President..." - https://www.nationalreview.com/news/bloomberg-nobody-asked-me-about-stop-and-frisk-until-i-ran-for-president/

3. Now he's saying the racist tactic was "overused" vs should... NOT ... have been used at all !! - https://theintercept.com/2020/02/11/bloomberg-stop-and-frisk/

“I inherited the police practice of stop-and-frisk, and as part of our effort to stop gun violence it was overused,” he said in a statement posted on his presidential campaign website. ..

Bloomberg needs to tell us where he stands on stop and frisk and other policing in communities of color in America seeing he has said some overtly racist crap when it comes to policing minorities in America.

This will be new news in Nov if things are held back and dribbled out, best to get it all out now

Wise said so in an interview on Sirius Xm. They never received a dime of restitution until De Blasio became mayor.

3. The policy he says was overused was a policy meant to be used widely and aggressively. That

was its very essence. Bloomberg took the original ‘Stop and Frisk” and turned it into a mandate, his, for a police state to occupy black neighborhoods and carry out mass stops and illegal search and seizure.

His disingenuous defense is almost as bad as the policy itself in terms of what it says about his character.

... thread he fought the CP5 restitution.

I don't care about prominent blacks endorsing Bloomberg, hell ... there were some that endorsed Trump and Trump is one of the most openly racist people I know in public or private.

a discriminatory and malign stereotype going back to slavery and feeding Jim Crow laws. He scape-goated Black people to defend his harmful, illegal, and inept policy, and then exploited with an apology tour. He disgusts me. I can well see his fighting CP 5 restitution.
