8. Funny, but a line like that could backfire in a general election

If Bloomberg is the nominee, the Trump Pigs will try to sell him as the "elite" financial titan trying to derail their people-powered campaign to keep america great. Saying "I'm the real billionaire here" will feed into that.

Remember, they use their hypocrisy as a weapon.
