That person tweeting, Kasandra Seven, seems to like posting old stories about Biden.

I am not sure how helpful that actually is once people see the dates.

It's sorta like "ok. huh. Anything current?"

Again, thanks to the OP for being upfront about the date of the article she was tweeting.
