I voted for Pete Buttigieg today

He is the second openly gay candidate I have ever voted for (I voted for a Senate candidate in 2008 who didn't win the primary). I still can't believe I voted for a gay candidate who is currently leading in delegates. I am simply astounded. I don't know where this campaign will lead. But regardless of where it leads, I voted for the candidate with a delegate lead after two contests who is openly gay. I never thought I would live to see that day for lots of reasons. Sobriety is good folks. Very good indeed.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

pee before I wet myself (Ha! just kidding!). No, really, it is really exciting that the voting and caucusing is already here upon us. After so long, after listening to gutter mouth for waaaay too long, and now listening to a whole field of intelligent candidates?! I'd take the intelligent candidates anytime, hands down!
