An oligarch is a super-rich person who is also politically powerful. In other words, someone like Bloomberg.

Listening to Bannon say Bloomberg is an oligarch. No. He achieved it on his own and without the government stepping in to ensure wealth was concentrated among the few.

So, Trump can be a capitalist with his supposed billions (eye roll), but Bloomberg is an oligarch?

Is the Bernie camp spreading this along with Bannon? Who BTW, thinks Bernie supporters are being disrespected by Democrats.

How one makes their money is irrelevant, when you reach a certain stage of wealth that dominates the nation on the economic and political spheres, you become an oligarch.

Our nation has drifted toward oligarchy for at least the past 40 years.

Today three people own more wealth than the bottom half of the nation, (approximately 160 million Americans, one out of every two) what do you call that?

Even by the simplest definition (as demonstrated above).

If you want to support an oligarch, have at it. But be honest about it.
