I am liking her as a candidate more every time i see her. Would prefer someone a little more progressive but she is definitely my second choice at this time.

(2,949 posts)I cannot repeat what she said verbatim but will try to remember some of it. Bill said she has not been given a nickname by trump so she is not a real candidate yet. She replied "when she announced her entering the race in a blizzard in Minnesota trump tweeted something derogatory calling her Snow Lady. She replied asking I wonder how your hair look like in a blizzard?" She said of all the republicans i have beat, none have stayed in politics.
I'm almost sure someone with more computer talent then me will be able to provide a clip of the interview.

(32,017 posts)"Snow Lady," huh? That almost fits.
Naturally, she's focusing on her superlative election record both because it's true and because "electability" remains the primary concern of Democratic voters.
Thank you for the response.

(65 posts)I would be happy with either one. Both of them have good, realistic ideas. Both of them are effective senators. Both of them get things done. Both of them are sincere, with not a scrap of populism. Both of them have now been overtaken by three old men in the national polls, with a fourth young man about to do just that.

(766 posts)He's so obsessed with the idea that Trump won't leave office if he's defeated. He might not concede but tough shit. If he loses he'll be out of office January 21st, 2021. Either voluntarily or by force. Matt Bevin tried to pull this stunt last November when he lost re-election in Kentucky.
If he hadn't finally conceded voters here and the Senate were ready to physically remove him from the Governor's mansion. Thankfully it didn't come to that.
