"@MikeBloomberg may be kept out of (or saved from) the debate due to a lack of national polling."
And that is enraging Democrats in the responses who feel it is unfair for him to parachute into Super Tuesday without facing the other candidates on the debate stage.
There are only two debates left before Super Tuesday:
February 19th in Las Vegas, NV
February 25th in Charleston, SC

(6,110 posts)All I am seeing in media Ads is Bloomberg, and those are done by professionals and very effective.
In a debate, his competitor career politicians will eat him alive.

I want him fully vetted before he runs away with the nomination, not after. Get him in the debates as soon as possible. And this is coming from a fan. I am leaning towards a Bloomberg/Klobuchar ticket.

(945 posts)I want him in the debates. As with Sanders, I do not want our candidate to go to the general without having been thoroughly vetted in the primaries. We cannot afford any surprises

(13,390 posts)His history and position is well represented. I don't see how people are really seeing much contrast between him, Klobuchar, Mayor Pete, or Biden.

(804 posts)Why the need for all of these debates? I would prefer 2 or at the most 3. These constant debates make them not as important it seems to me. Many Dems that I know watched maybe the first 2, but that was it. My take? Too many debates diminishes their importance.

We dont need to hear from an arrogant billionaire former Republican who thinks he can buy the race without competing in early caucuses and primaries. The sooner hes out and not taking air time from candidates working their tails off, the better.
