Just FYI about Mike Bloomberg

What does he stand for? What are his plans? Well, you can find out for yourself:

He has a website, just like all candidates do. You can get many of your question answered there.

If I were to vote in a presidential

1. His health coverage plan seems anemic.

Any details? Cost estimates? You know, all that stuff people demanded Warren provide?

I was for Warren before she ran (Run Liz Run in 2015). My daughter organized for her this year before the Iowa caucuses. I pledged to caucus for her, but ultimately did not. I'd vote for her in a heartbeat, though!

What happened? In a nutshell, I felt that she painted herself into a corner precisely BECAUSE of the degree of wonkish detail that she expressed in debates and policy briefs. It's not that her ideas were toxic; far from it! The problem for me was that in a fast-paced primary environment in which sound bytes and flash polling informs public opinion, she left herself little room to maneuver.

As I grew lukewarm I had this conversation with other supporters. I would have much rather seen her generate interest and excitement through appeals to broad, unifying principles. I respect her "transparency," but it seems to have had an adverse impact.

primary today, I would vote for:

6. It looks a lot like Biden's, Klobuchar's and Mayor Pete's plan.

Establish a public option, expand subsidies, lower drug costs and improve care in rural areas.

Trump's plan for health care. He's been working his ass off trying to take it all away. Bloomberg wants to restore and expand the ACA and add a public option. I can go for that.

9. It can't be too abhorrent if you'll vote for him in the fall if he's the nominee.
