For those here who throw up a little when thinking about voting for certain possible nominees

Nothing personal. But I don’t care.

If you think a given nominee can’t possibly beat trump, I don’t care.

If you think a billionaire is buying the nomination, I don’t care.

If you think a nice candidate can’t beat trump, I don’t care.

You get the idea. Yes, I have my own preference. Naively perhaps, I also think the right campaign is as important as the candidate.

All of that doesn’t matter now or later. I plan to vote for the democratic nominee. No write-ins. No third party vote splitters. And I hope you do too

Throw up if you must. Hold your nose. But vote D.

Let’s face it, if the democratic candidate loses, there will be tons and tons of I told you so, even if it’s your preferred candidate who lost.

Just commit to voting for the democratic nominee, do what you can to support him/her, and let’s hope that together we ensure that democracy prevails.

Assuming trump is the republican nominee, I’ll vote for sanders. After that I will go to confession for the first time in 50 years and sentence the Creator to an eternity of Hail Mary’s for having forced me to make such an abysmal, atrocious choice. That night I’ll watch in horror as sanders loses and drags the down ballot ticket to astronomical losses. The following morning I’ll listen to the bernie bros whine and cry and blame Hillary and/or Bill and/or Chelsea and/or the DNC.

the nominee or not, and what they say here may not turn out to be truth.
