How can they vote early?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

in rowdy caucus halls...people with disabilities, people with kids or those who work for a living. The kind of people who vote in elections but can't spend hours attempting to cast a vote in a caucus. This may cut into Sander's advantage with caucuses. Caucuses are undemocratic and need to be done away with.

primary today, I would vote for:

But it's the first caucus to ever allow early voting (as far as I know). The rules are not clear to everyone.

They were planning to use the party's caucus app, but the Iowa debacle forced them to quickly change course. What we're seeing now is angst over their hastily-assembled Plan B voting and reporting system. As I understand it, the state party bought new laptops with a browser that was pre-set with a link to Google Forms. Caucus staffers are still panicked due to lack of training, new caucus rules, and lack of "notice" of rule changes from the state party. This seems likely to be a mess.

Actual voting hurts Bernie. That's why he lobbied to keep caucuses.

primary today, I would vote for:
