To do so would be used by the RW as a public announcement that the election will be rigged by the Dems and Trump will have to be forcibly removed in some way.

So Mayor Pete gave the best possible answer to an otherwise unanswerable question. He treated the possibility as a joke -- at least publicly -- and responded with a witty remark that both insults and scoffs at Trump

It would not be a sign of presidential potential for any candidate to take the bait and specify actions she might take to extricate Trump and his acolytes from the WH in the event that Trump refuses to leave.

Personally, I think he'll leave if he loses the election. He'll claim the election was rigged, of course, and he'll predict horrible, bloody things happening to the people who stole it from him -- and his rantings will inflame his moronic base, at least some of whom will take his statements as a cry for violence, for vengeance. If there be justice in the new administration, the s.o.b. will be warned to shut up because he's inciting others to violence. And he won't shut up. And, again if there be justice, he'll be arrested and tried and convicted. On that day, I'll buy the most expensive champagne and drink the whole damned thing right out of the bottle!
