Being hypersensitive about minute nuances of lanuage is DIVISIVE and shouldnt be done by those

claiming to support unity.

Words and language can never be precise .... at best they can convey broad strokes of what the speaker intends to say, but how a person HEARS the words can be different or have shades of meaning that the speaker did not intend.

That being the case - why jump to the worst possible interpretation. Why not at least consider how else the words can be interpreted, and go with the one that is kinder and more positive.

Im kinda sorry I ventured over here.... yikes.

Still undecided and was I guess hoping to get a little more decided. Strongly prefer someone who can use the words "coalition" and "coalition-building in a sentence. That's looking like it could just be Amy K.

community. I'm not sure why more folks are not in tune with this when we profess to care so much about our black base.
