He talked about Trump's decision not to enter the 2012 presidential race against Barack Obama.

In other words, fairly recently. This will be used in Trump ads whether or not Bloomberg wind the Democratic Party nomination, but it will blanket the airwaves especially if Bloomberg is the nominee.

However he does not come across as ridiculing Trump, he comes across as overall positive to him. And that isn't the part of this interview that will appear in Trump political ads anyway.

That doesnt make him a great guy but that might explain Bloomberg's comments back then. Regardless, I do believe Bloomberg despises Trump now.

It appears that interview occurred before the 2012 primaries during dump's birther tour.

I especially love how 🌺 slipped in the part about how anyone can run for president if over 35 and born in the US.

I'm sure there was no dog whistling involved in that statement.

but this stop and frisk thing he was all for it. And I think the big corporations are scared shit if Bernie gets in because he will go after them. Tonight's debate ought to be very interesting, but tRump must go. So I will support whoever the candidate is.
