This movement is about saying to corporations like Disney: if you can pay your executives hundreds of millions of dollars, you can damn well afford to pay your workers a living wage.

Is claiming that the small increase in wages is what is driving park prices. The parks are pricing against the demand curve in an attempt to load balance attendance and maximize revenue while ensuring repeat business. The expenses are not even a consideration (other than the overall stockholder profits which would dictate offering wages as low as possible to get acceptable results and let social services prop up their park workers).
