Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forum
Congratulations to our presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden!
Whoever wins the nom...
Should select Barack to be the VP, just to watch republican heads explode. Lots ambiguity in the constitution regarding an ex president becoming a Vice President in a different election. Haha!
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Serving 2 terms makes him ineligible for holding that office again.
I do not believe there is any ambiguity.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
