He believed in the alternative fact that democrats spend too much
Until he didn't

& tonight we learned he used to be for Bernie
Until he wasn't.

The mayor is flexible. He is very talented and young. Perhaps he should take a stab at turning Indiana blue? President Obama turned Illinois blue decades ago. That would be a good quest for Pete. If he has half of president Obama's organizational skills, he could get it done.

the status quo that has existed in America since Reagan or vote for a revolution that changes everything. It would be nice to have a slow transition to this but it is not possible. We have played like it would "trickle down" since the '80s and it hasn't happened and it won't. I think most "white people" will vote for the status quo because they have "white privilege" - not all but most. The key is how many people of color and Asians will vote. That is the only way we can win.

We need the largest turnout in American history - it can happen!

Bernie comes across as an angry, arm waving ass. Hes such a condescending man. Every problem is the result of the rich guy. No solutions just wild utopian ideas that can never get through Congress or even pass muster with some Democrats. God, we need some youthful, thoughtful candidates who have succeeded outside DC.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Klobuchar -- unity! On governing, heart, love for country beats anything in DC
Bloomberg -- not asking for $, I'm a manager, Trump sucks, how voters should vote and hold
leaders accontable
Buttigieg -- were out of time, join US, we need people who believe in climate, ending gun violence,
get ourselves out of this toxic environment, galvanize noot polarize by the current
playbook

Warren -- I'm a fighter, a poor-to-successful because I'm a fighter, I can restructure this economy,
the shortest on politics, longest on fight

Biden -- I lived with problems, know problems, can solve problems from day one on guns,
immigration, not like Bernie
Sanders -- united against the most dangerous president, US needs to join the world on healthcare,
student debt, etc. Change never takes place from the oligarchy, we stand for justice

I LOVE THESE LEADERS!

231. Here's What Protesters Were Shouting at Joe Biden During the Third Democratic Debate
Thu Feb 20, 2020, 12:18 AM
Feb 2020

During the third Democratic presidential primary debate, protestors interrupted former Vice President Joe Biden as he was about to answer a question about how a significant setback shaped him.

To viewers at home, it was not immediately clear what the protestors were saying. But Jess Davidson, executive director of the advocacy organization End Rape on Campus, confirmed to TIME that the group was chanting about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Davidson also tweeted that the protestors were chanting “we are DACA recipients. Our lives are at risk.” She also wrote that at least some protesters got on the stage.

I couldn’t keep up, between my eye twitch and the rhetorical body slams on stage. Whoa, we’ve got tough candidates. Lively to say the very least. Was irked with some of the questions, but I actually got a lot out of this one.

Kudos to all the candidates tonight - I know I couldn’t do what they all just went through. Warren and Biden came through loud and clear. Pete and Amy can bring it, too. Bernie was solidly, reliably himself bringing his views. Bloomberg was smiling afterwards, and that is something.

Thank you to all keeping these threads going. And, TT, thank you for staying on top of it!

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
