I ADORE my Democratic candidates.

I would be honored to vote for any of the six people that I have watched on the stage in Nevada tonight. I have been an active Democrat since 1980, and I have never been prouder of my party. Finally, once again, we are liberal.

I liked the story the first 4 or 5 times I heard it but most of us have already heard it and I think she can foreshorten it a bit more, just hit the high points...

That's a smear. It's untrue. I suggest that you read our party's platform for the last election and the one before that and the one before that. These kind of backhanded smears and insults against the Democratic part are not helpful.

No, I'm correct... the author used the word "finally" and "once again" to imply that "at long last we're a liberal party when we haven't been for a long time" and that's clearly not the case.

I don't think that was the intent.

I do not believe that there was malice intended... and I gave credit where it was due. But statements like that are wrong and dangerous. Things like that only serves to reinforce the lies being told (ie: that the Democrats are "the party of the elite" and "there's no difference between the GOP and the Democrats) when those things are demonstrably false. It serves no good purpose.

that our party has sometimes flinched or winced about our liberal values, and that most of our candidates are open and unabashed about supporting our party's stated goals. I didn't see a hidden dig in there, though I could be mistaken.

21. I have seen seven of the nine debates so far this year.

They have all been great. I am proud of my party. It's a heck of a lot better than the '88 primary debates when the only person I could really cheer for was Jesse Jackson.
